1) Who we are & agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of obxena.com (the “Site”) operated by OBXENA (“OBXENA,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2) Eligibility (18+)

The Site is intended for adults 18 years and older. Do not use the Site if you are under 18.

3) What the Site is (and isn’t)

Content on the Site is for informational and marketing purposes only. It does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional regarding health or safety questions.

4) Prototypes, concepts & future products

We share concepts, motion studies, and prototypes in development. Features, visuals, specifications, timelines, and availability may change without notice. Images and videos are illustrative.

5) Newsletter, emails & Ko‑fi support

• Newsletter / emails. If you subscribe, we’ll send updates you can opt out of anytime (see our Privacy Policy).
• Ko‑fi support. Donations are processed by Ko‑fi (a third‑party). OBXENA does not store payment card data. Donations are voluntary and non‑refundable. Your use of Ko‑fi is governed by Ko‑fi’s own terms and privacy policy.

6) Intellectual property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, videos, animations, and code—is owned by OBXENA or its licensors and is protected by law. OBXENA and TENTRA are trademarks of OBXENA. Except for normal personal, non‑commercial browsing, you may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• violate laws or these Terms;
• attempt to access areas or systems without authorization, interfere with security, or introduce malware;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk‑download content;
• use the Site to harass, exploit, or harm others, or to solicit/depict minors (strictly prohibited).

We may suspend or restrict access for violations.

8) Third‑party links & services

The Site may link to or integrate third‑party sites and services (e.g., Ko‑fi, email providers, social platforms). We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content or policies. Use them at your discretion.

9) Changes, availability & maintenance

We may change or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. The Site may be unavailable during maintenance or due to factors beyond our control.

10) Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OBXENA AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the above limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New York, New York.
